Type of data processed
1) Data provided voluntarily by users
The voluntary sending of e-mails to the e-mail addresses indicated on the sites / blogs entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's e-mail address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the e-mail.
The user is free to provide their personal data, using online forms and contact forms, to request the sending of newsletters, information and / or advertising material, as well as other periodic or occasional communications. Failure to provide them will make it impossible to obtain the requested service. Users can stop receiving newsletters and other communications at any time by following the instructions included in each email received.
Focaccia OnLine could offer users participation in surveys aimed at investigating the quality of the services offered. Any information provided by users will be treated exclusively in relation to the survey itself.
2) Navigation data
The computer systems used to operate the websites / blogs acquire, during their normal operation and only for the duration of the connection, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes: IP addresses or computer names used by users connecting to websites / blogs, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of requests, the method used in the submit the requests to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), the characteristics of the browser used for navigation, the size of the window in which the browser is run on the device used, and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the sites / blogs and to check their correct functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the sites / blogs: even in this case, the contact data does not persist for more than seven days.
3) Cookies
